The Aims

1. To promote the advancement of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck surgery.
   
2. Giving the opportunity for the workers in the Federation to contribute to the scientific development of its fields.
   
3. Enhancing exchange of scientific thinking in its field amongst different institutions and disciplines in the Gulf States and abroad.
   
4. Offering consultation and performing the appropriate studies to improve the level of performance in the field of the Federation in different institutions/ disciplines.
   
5. To encourage close relationships between Otorhinolaryngologists and coordination between national ORL Organizations.
   
6. To make the information available relating to ORL Societies and faculties throughout the GCC countries.
   
7. To assist the Organizing Committees of the Bi-annual meeting of ORL; to review, evaluate and advise.
   
8. To represent ORL interests in the international organizations dedicated to the prevention and control of diseases and disorders related to ORL and to the training of Otolaryngologists.
   
9. To organize training course in the field.
